On August 25, 2009, Leon Mayer was one of the presenters at a consumer bankruptcy seminar addressing the basics of chapter 7 and chapter 13. This seminar was sponsored by the National Business Institute in Southfield, where Mr. Mayer spoke on the step-by-step procedures of chapter 7, and the ethical obligations for debtor’s counsel.
