Dream Big Restaurants, LLC Seeks Chapter 11 Protection

John Stockdale, Jr. and Kim K. Hillary assisted Dream Big Restaurants, LLC (“DBR”) in preparing its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, and filed a petition on its behalf on September 27, 2019 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. DBR operates eight McDonald’s franchises in Greenville and Greer, South Carolina. DBR anticipates reorganizing its business, restructuring its senior secured and merchant cash advance obligations, and shedding unprofitable locations and contracts.
