Firm Enters Second Year as Board Member of Access to Bankruptcy Court

Schafer and Weiner will continue to participate in the Access to Bankruptcy Court program during 2014 as a member of its governing board. Through this program, Schafer and Weiner (and many other bankruptcy practitioners) provide legal assistance to insolvent impoverished individuals. During the course of 2013, attorneys from Schafer and Weiner obtained chapter 7 discharges or other appropriate relief for several Access to Bankruptcy Court clients.
