Joseph Grekin presented a breakfast seminar entitled "What They Don't Tell You - The Secrets to Being a Great Expert Witness" to a group of accounting and consulting professionals at Schafer and Weiner’s offices. The seminar focused on the practical steps experts can take to ensure that their expert testimony is admissible, that judges and jurors understand their expert reports, and to make sure that opposing counsel does not have access to their communications and thoughts.
