Schafer and Weiner Helps Client Preserve Value of Company

Joseph K. Grekin and Jason L. Weiner successfully helped a client and its owner preserve the company’s value by filing a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction to prevent the threat of immediate and irreparable injury. The Court subsequently entered three consecutive orders, over approximately two weeks, to maintain the status quo. Those orders to maintain the status quo prevented the threatened immediate and irreparable injury and helped facilitate a settlement between the parties.
