- Won favorable settlement of federal court action by setting aside a $120,000 default judgment against guarantor of two promissory notes. Our client paid less than $10,000 to settle the case.
- Defended real estate developers in multiple actions by lenders based on guaranties and promissory notes. Settlement negotiations reduced debt by more than $10 million and barred collection proceedings against our clients.
- Representing developer-builder in project-by-project negotiations with lenders of tens of millions of dollars secured by residential subdivisions, commercial buildings, warehouses, and golf courses, all outside of bankruptcy.
