- Won discharge of all debts for Chapter 7 debtor with assets of approximately $20,000 and liabilities of approximately $800,000, including more than $600,000 of IRS tax debt.
- Achieved discharge of all debts for Chapter 7 debtor with assets of approximately $600,000 and liabilities of approximately $3.3 million. Successfully defended an action to exempt $1 million of debt from discharge.
- Helped a debtor subject to a nondischargable judgment of $1.7 million in Federal Court. Defended against collection actions and negotiated settlement which provided for turnover of real property interests in which debtor had no equity. .
