Chapter 7 Discharge Obtained for MBTFA Debt

The firm recently obtained a chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge for the owner of a dissolved construction company.  In paving the way for entry of the discharge order, John Stockdale, Jr. negotiated favorable resolutions of significant Michigan Builders Trust Fund Act claims.
