Food for Thought – Schafer and Weiner, PLLC Assist with Sale of Restaurant Assets

Daniel J. Weiner and John Stockdale, Jr. assisted a high-end vegan restaurant with the sale of its assets to a hungry purchaser. After the business closed in February 2020 prior to the coronavirus outbreak, Dan and John assisted with a myriad of issues, including clearing liens, resolving MLCC transfer issues, and satisfying conditions to closing. A successful sale resulted in January 2021.
