In a recent bankruptcy case, John Stockdale, Jr. assisted the debtor through a Michigan sales and use tax audit. In connection with that audit, Mr. Stockdale attended a tax and audit seminar sponsored by the State of Michigan, which addressed Michigan’s sales, use and withholding tax regime and provided insight into the state audit process.
