John Stockdale, Jr. to Teach Secured Transactions

Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School requested John Stockdale, Jr. teach a course in secured transactions during the term beginning January 2020. Secured transactions provides an introduction to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, which is a foundational building block in the bankruptcy and transactional practice. Mr. Stockdale is a 2008 graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he earned his juris doctor, summa cum laude, with concentration on business transactions.
