Joseph K. Grekin Leads Panel Discussion At Conference Focusing On Cross-Border Insolvencies

Mr. Grekin moderated a cross-border insolvency panel discussion at the NAFER (National Association of Federal Equity Receivers) Offshore Insolvency and Asset Recovery Conference in Chicago. As moderator, Mr. Grekin facilitated an analysis of Chapter 11 proceedings and insolvency proceedings filed in the Cayman Islands, highlighting the advantages and challenges each process presents. Approximately 70 insolvency professionals from around the world attended the conference. Mr. Grekin is a full member of NAFER.
