Michael Baum and Joe Grekin recently presented the seminar to two different accounting firms, one in Grand Rapids, and one in Bloomfield Hills. The subject of the seminar is the process through which creditors are appointed to the “Unsecured Creditors’ Committee” in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, and the advantages to a creditor in being on such a Committee.
