Covid-19 almost shut down an executive transportation/limousine company with a full fleet of party buses, vans, and limos. Customers were simply too afraid to travel, revenue plummeted and vehicle lenders were screaming. S&W's steady hand on the wheel drove a series of restructured nominal payments and helped the business communicate with its creditors while it disposed of underutilized vehicles. With the guidance of Dan Weiner and Leon Mayer, the business stayed alive until Covid-19 subsided, and now operates its smaller fleet at almost 100% capacity - - all without the expense of a bankruptcy. The business is accelerating and the owner is one happy driver.
