Schafer and Weiner Assists with Commercial Real Estate Transaction

John Stockdale, Jr. assisted a non-profit, limited liability company with the acquisition of vacant land in Michigan. The non-profit plans to build its new headquarters and laboratory facilities on this site. This process, which began in late 2015, involved negotiations with the Downtown Development Authority regarding a purchase agreement and, later, easement terms. The transaction closed in December 2016.
