Schafer and Weiner Files Telecommunication Distributor in Subchapter V of Chapter 11

John Stockdale, Jr. and Kim K. Hillary filed an independent distributor of new and used telecommunications equipment in a subchapter V chapter 11 bankruptcy case in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Prolonged and costly litigation in another forum that distracted management resulted in decreased sales and increased costs necessitating this bankruptcy case. Through the bankruptcy case, the Debtor seeks to resolve the litigation and reorganize its business.
