Schafer and Weiner, PLLC Files Trucking Company in Chapter 11

Joseph K. Grekin and John Stockdale, Jr. filed a fourteen-tractor trucking company under subchapter V of Chapter 11 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. The Company became unprofitable with the rising price of fuel and insurance and after several catastrophic vehicle failures. In chapter 11, the Company seeks to wind down its operations and liquidate its assets.
