Schafer and Weiner, PLLC Resolve Debt for Local Restauranteurs

John Stockdale, Jr. and Brandi M. Dobbs assisted local restauranteurs resolve credit card debt related to their business. During the Covid-19 shutdown, the restauranteurs obtain an individual line of credit and used a personal credit card to sustain their business. However, the business suffered a further setback when road repairs impaired access to the business. As a result, the restauranteurs were unable to repay the obligations and the two creditors filed collection actions in district court. Schafer and Weiner assisted the restauranteurs by restructuring the line of credit and settling the credit card debt at an 85% discount.
