Schafer and Weiner Settles Collection Suits

Jeffery Sattler represents a financially distressed marketing business. He defended the client in two collection lawsuits. Jeffery obtained a year-long forbearance under favorable terms in the first suit and settled the second suit at a fraction of the amount being sought. As a result of his efforts, the business remains open and working toward a revival of its operations.
