The Schafer and Weiner team represented the Committee of Unsecured Creditors in In re Continental Surfaces of Pittsburgh, LLC filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The team successfully argued that the chapter 11 case should be converted to chapter 7 due, in part, to the debtor’s apparent role in an ongoing shell game. The Court converted the case to chapter 7 on January 11, 2016
