Schafer and Weiner Settles Collection Action

John Stockdale, Jr. and Nicholas Marcus represented a logistics company and its owner as defendants in a state court breach of contract and fraud litigation. Without filing a responsive pleading, Schafer and Weiner negotiated a settlement that resolved the matter for periodic payments, without interest, of only 8% of the amount plaintiff demanded.
