Joseph Grekin presented at the Oakland County Bar Association Seminar entitled We Can Work It Out: Receiverships In The Age Of Covid-19 And Beyond. Mr. Grekin spoke about practical concerns in selecting a receiver and differences between receiverships, bankruptcies, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
