During the Covid-19 shutdown, the restauranteurs obtain an individual line of credit and used a personal credit card to sustain their business. However, the business suffered a further setback when road repairs impaired access to the business. As a result, the restauranteurs were unable to repay the obligations and the two creditors filed collection actions in district court.
