Schafer and Weiner Closes Acquisition of Service Station Businesses

Joseph K. Grekin and John Stockdale, Jr. assisted a purchaser of service station businesses with a complex transaction involving several gas stations. The transactions involved, among other things, the acquisition of equity interests, the transfer of residential real estate, the conversion of a corporation into a limited liability company, and the revision and implementation of revised LLC operating agreements.
